Is First Church of God a Denomination?

First Church of God is a contemporary, non-denominational church with ties to the Church of God in Anderson, Indiana.  The Church of God sees itself as a Reformation Movement and its desire to reform the Church to God’s vision, purpose, and Biblical practices.

Why do we have small groups?

At First Church small groups are an important part of our relationship with Christ; in fact we believe you haven’t fully experienced church until you have experienced small group. Groups allow you to meet other members and spur your relationship with God. As First Church grows, small group allows us to stay “small” and get connected.

How can I get involved in a small group?

Our staff would love to help you get connected into a small group. Feel free to contact the church for more information.

We are a family here at First Church, and although we may not be perfect people, we have a perfect Savior.  We are passionate about Him, and about the change only He can make in our lives.  It is our desire to connect in Biblical community and to encourage one another in our walk with Christ.
